These terms govern your use of prometheuszero.com (the "Site") and any software license or service you obtain from Prometheus Zero ("we", "us"). By using the Site, placing an order or sending an enquiry, you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Site.
1. What we offer
- ZeroDesk — AI-assisted crypto market analysis software, licensed under section 3.
- Custom software — design and engineering engagements, governed by a separate written agreement (section 5).
- Research — articles and notes published on the Site.
We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or custodian, and nothing we provide is financial advice. The Disclaimer forms part of these terms.
2. Using the Site
Please don't misuse the Site — including trying to disrupt it, submitting false or automated orders or enquiries, scraping it in ways that degrade it for others, or using it where that would be unlawful for you.
3. ZeroDesk licenses
3.1 Plans. ZeroDesk is offered as a 14-day trial for US$20 and as a 6-month license for US$200. Taxes are added where the law requires.
3.2 What you get. Once your payment is confirmed, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ZeroDesk on computers you control, for the length of your plan. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software, or remove its notices.
3.3 Term and renewal. Your term starts when we activate your installation during onboarding. Nothing renews automatically; to continue after a term ends, you place a new order.
3.4 Alpha software. ZeroDesk is alpha software. It is provided for analysis only, may contain defects, and its features and screens will change. It does not place trades, hold funds or connect to exchange accounts.
3.5 Models and data. You choose which AI model providers ZeroDesk uses, and you use and pay for them under your own accounts and their terms. Market data comes from third-party public sources. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or charges.
3.6 Your keys. Model API keys you enter are stored on your own computer. Keeping that computer and those keys secure is your responsibility.
4. Orders and payment
4.1 Orders. Placing an order on the Site is a request, not a purchase. Nothing is charged at that point. We contact you to confirm it and send an invoice.
4.2 How payment works today. While card checkout is being set up, payment is arranged directly with us against our invoice, quoting your order reference.
4.3 Merchant of record. We are integrating a merchant of record to handle card payments, sales tax and receipts. Once it is live, purchases made through it will also be subject to its terms, and it will appear as the seller on your receipt.
4.4 Security. We never ask for card numbers, exchange API keys, wallet seed phrases or passwords — by email, chat or any other channel. Invoices only come from [email protected].
4.5 Declining orders. We may decline an order, for example where we cannot lawfully supply you.
4.6 Refunds. While payment is arranged directly, refund requests are handled individually — email us with your order reference. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that applies to you.
5. Custom software engagements
Custom work is scoped and priced in writing before it starts. That written agreement governs the engagement, including ownership, confidentiality and payment. Where it conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence.
6. Intellectual property
ZeroDesk and the content of the Site belong to us or our licensors; a license gives you the right to use the software, not ownership of it. You may quote our articles with attribution and a link. The Prometheus Zero name and the Vessel mark identify us — please don't use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
7. No warranty
The Site, ZeroDesk and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software or the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any analysis it produces is correct.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages — including trading losses, lost profits and lost data — arising from your use of the Site or ZeroDesk, or from reliance on any analysis, even if we were told such damages were possible. For any claim relating to a ZeroDesk license, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that license.
9. Changes
We may update the Site, the software and these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Changes apply from that date; the terms in force when you paid continue to apply to that license term.
